The role of a Receptionist within this vibrant community is integral to maintaining smooth operations and excellent service. As the initial point of contact for both visitors and callers, the Receptionist's responsibilities include managing telephone communications, greeting and directing guests, handling incoming mail, and coordinating express mail pickups and deliveries.   • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred

Job Duties

  • Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual
  • Provides information such as community address, directions, fax numbers, company website, and related info
  • Greets and directs visitors to the community
  • Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services such as FedEx and UPS
  • Resolves customer questions and concerns
