This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, with shifts primarily on weekends and the possibility of picking up additional shifts as needed. The pay range is competitive, at $17.50 to $18.00 per hour.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must pass background clearance, health screening, and provide recent negative TB test
- Ability to communicate tactfully and professionally
- Strong decision-making and independent judgment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable with computer, phone, and office equipment
- Ability to maintain composure in a busy environment
- Ability to perform physical duties including walking, bending, lifting
- Must be mobile and able to lift up to 50 pounds and push up to 250 pounds
- Ability to assist in resident transfers
- Ability to sit at a computer for prolonged periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-desk roles preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to speak, write, and read English proficiently
- Positive, polished, and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability
- Comfortable working with basic computer and phone systems
- Ability to remain calm and manage stressful situations effectively
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Greet residents, families, visitors, and prospects with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Support sales by directing inquiries, welcoming tours, and facilitating positive experiences
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously
- Respond to questions and requests from residents and families, coordinating with other departments
- Maintain knowledge of daily activities, events, and resident services to inform inquiries
- Assist with administrative tasks such as logging messages, distributing mail, and organizing the reception area
- Maintain a safe and secure environment following established safety standards
- Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations and company policies
- Promote teamwork and open communication aligned with MBK values
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management
