The community emphasizes holistic wellness, compassionate care, and maintaining the highest standards in senior living services. With a passionate team of professionals committed to enhancing residents' quality of life, the facility thrives on a culture of respect, dignity, and continuous improvement.
Currently, Rolling Green Village is seeking a hospitality-minded, part-time Concierge to join their front desk team on a PRN (as needed) basis. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have a genuine desire to contribute to the outstanding care and service provided to their residents. The Concierge position requires availability during some evenings, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the community’s commitment to being accessible and supportive at all times.
The Concierge will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the front desk, serving as a first point of contact for residents, guests, staff, and vendors. Key duties include opening and closing the concierge desk, securing all files, keys, and equipment, answering and directing phone calls through the interactive voice response (IVR) system, and assisting residents with various services such as copying, faxing, and mail handling. Additionally, the Concierge will assist the Executive Assistant with assigned duties and manage ordering supplies essential for front desk operations.
This position requires an individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a courteous and helpful attitude, and proficiency in administrative duties. The successful candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office products and possess strong typing, proofreading, and word processing skills, all of which contribute to the effective management of front desk activities. As a community-focused role, the Concierge must maintain excellent relationships with everyone they interact with to foster a positive and supportive environment.
Compensation for this position is set at $14.50 per hour, making it an attractive opportunity for those seeking part-time work in a rewarding and impactful environment. Benefits offered at Rolling Green Village include competitive pay, access to the community fitness center at no cost, an employee assistance program, tuition assistance, referral bonuses, a 403b retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision benefits for full-time employees, quarterly attendance awards, and paid time off for both full and part-time employees.
Candidates interested in this exciting opportunity are encouraged to apply online via the Rolling Green Village website or by faxing their resume. Applications can also be picked up in person at the front desk during normal business hours. Joining Rolling Green Village means becoming part of a community dedicated to high-quality care, professional development, and supportive teamwork, all in a setting that values its employees as much as its residents.
