This position is PRN, meaning it operates on an as-needed basis and requires flexibility, including availability during some evenings, weekends, and holidays. Job Duties
- Opens and or closes the concierge desk
- Properly secures all files, keys and equipment in the office area
- Available to work some holidays
- Helps answer all calls directed to the Front Desk from the IVR (interactive voice response)
- Assists residents with copying, faxing, US mail and other services
