The Concierge position at Auberge is a vital role that combines the responsibilities of receptionist duties with essential clerical support functions to the Business Office Manager. This role is fundamental in facilitating smooth operations within various administrative departments including human resources, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. The Concierge acts as a key point of contact, interacting daily with residents, their families, and employees, making the ability to communicate with tact, sensitivity, and professionalism paramount. Providing courteous, industry-leading service is crucial to ensuring that all stakeholders feel valued and supported.
This part-time or PRN opportunity invites candidates who are proficient in clerical work and capable of managing multi-line telephone systems, with strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
