The role being offered is a Concierge position within the Customer Service team, designed for individuals who are passionate about enhancing resident and guest experiences. As a Concierge at Querencia at Barton Creek, you will be the welcoming face for residents and visitors. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, courtesy, and a keen attention to detail. You will be responsible for greeting residents and guests promptly, facilitating ease of movement by assisting with vehicle access, and providing helpful recommendations about local events and attractions. Your presence will greatly enhance the community atmosphere by ensuring everyone feels valued and cared for.
In addition to guest services, you will assist with logistical tasks such as delivering packages and groceries directly to resident living areas and coordinating appointment schedules and transportation needs. Managing dining reservations and directing both deliveries and visitors accurately will also fall under your responsibilities. Job Duties
- Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests with utmost courtesy and urgency
- Be knowledgeable of local current attractions or events and offer recommendations and personal services
- Assist residents and visitors into and out of their vehicles
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles
- Deliver packages and groceries to resident living areas
- Assist in direction of deliveries for residents and visitors to their destinations
- Schedule appointments and inform transportation team of any appointments made
- Schedule dining room reservations
