The ideal candidate for this role will bring a friendly and positive attitude to work every day, combined with excellent customer service skills. Experience in front desk operations, reception, or resident relations ranging from six months to one year is preferred, as is a high school diploma or GED. Experience in senior living or hotel environments is considered a plus, along with basic proficiency in technology including Microsoft Office applications and internet-based platforms. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, is essential.

In addition, the company supports new hires through its comprehensive pre-employment process, which includes a drug screen, physical examination, TB test, and background check—all costs covered by the company.
