This renowned outpatient medical practice is committed to providing personalized, high-quality healthcare within a concierge medicine model, focusing on a healthy work-life balance and patient-centered care. Our team is devoted to ensuring exceptional treatment outcomes and comprehensive care coordination by managing a smaller patient panel, which allows us to deliver tailored and attentive healthcare services that meet the individual needs of each patient.

As a full-time Concierge Primary Care Physician, you will play a critical role in integrating traditional primary care with the principles of Functional Medicine. This outpatient role offers predictable office hours from 10am to 5pm, providing a schedule that supports both professional fulfillment and personal wellness. We seek a highly motivated physician with significant experience in primary care and a robust understanding of Functional Medicine, particularly in hormone replacement therapy (HRT). This position not only emphasizes excellent clinical care but also encourages an ongoing commitment to patient education, wellness, and preventive health strategies. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include comprehensive patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning within a concierge setting, combining traditional care and modern Functional Medicine methods to address chronic illnesses, preventive health, and acute patient needs. You will collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and coordinated care designed to optimize health outcomes. Additionally, you will be expected to contribute your leadership skills, guiding clinical best practices and fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement and exceptional customer service.

Compensation for this role is highly competitive, ranging from $250,000 to $300,000 or more annually and is negotiable based on experience and credentials. We are open to flexible and variable scheduling to accommodate the needs of the provider while maintaining office hours between 10am and 5pm.
