Job Description

Cenegenics is a global leader in longevity and performance medicine, dedicated to transforming human health across five continents for nearly 30 years. Founded in 1997, the company pioneers a new healthcare model focused on promoting longer, healthier, and higher-performing lives. Unlike traditional healthcare, which is largely reactive and centered on disease management, Cenegenics embraces a proactive approach emphasizing optimization, prevention, and enhanced performance. The company’s physician-led care model integrates advanced diagnostics, precision medicine, data-driven protocols, artificial intelligence, and personalized coaching to deliver measurable health outcomes that surpass typical primary or concierge care results. By coordinating nutrition, fitness, lifestyle changes, and medical optimization into one seamless experience, Cenegenics empowers its members to take charge of their healthspan and reach their fullest potential.

The company serves a growing global network of patients and is building a recognized brand synonymous with longevity medicine. As the demand for proactive healthcare accelerates, Cenegenics is committed to creating the platform, technology, clinical infrastructure, and talent necessary to define the future of healthcare.

The role of Member Experience Coordinator (MEC) is based onsite Monday through Friday and acts as the vital first point of contact for patients. The MEC plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional five-star experience for every patient. Serving in a hybrid administrative and clinical support capacity, this position supports Performance Health providers, including physicians, Performance Health Coaches, Client Experience Coordinators, and extended teams. The MEC assists with scheduling, tracking, and facilitating consultations, coordinating follow-up appointments, and managing day-to-day patient interactions through phone, email, and text communications.

In addition to administrative duties, the MEC supports the sales process by helping Program Consultants and managing vendor contracts and building maintenance needs. The role demands a balance of clinical responsibilities such as maintaining patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, processing orders for prescriptions and supplements, organizing office operations and supplies, and facilitating patient education on medication and diet in collaboration with healthcare providers. The MEC also plays a part in supporting the clinic’s key performance indicators related to business and retail sales.

Sales and retail responsibilities include assisting in cross-selling and upselling services, supporting center goals, optimizing in-store merchandising, conducting inventory checks, and collaborating with leadership on strategic plans. With regular engagement in center business reviews, this role requires operational excellence and a commitment to delivering a seamless client experience.

Cenegenics values a culture of family, innovation, excellence, integrity, collaboration, and diversity. They seek candidates who are relationship builders with high emotional intelligence, entrepreneurial spirits focused on continuous optimization, and professionals who uphold the highest standards of ethics and judgment. The company provides an inclusive work environment and offers comprehensive benefits, including employer-paid medical, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible work arrangements, paid time off, education assistance, and more.

Joining Cenegenics means becoming part of a team driven by a shared mission to revolutionize preventative healthcare and help millions live longer, stronger, and healthier lives. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about making an impactful difference in the future of healthcare through excellent client service and operational support.
