Job Description
Integral Senior Living (ISL) proudly manages a wide network of care and lifestyle-focused Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities across California and the surrounding regions. With thousands of residents and their families served throughout these areas, ISL is recognized as one of the largest and most trusted senior living organizations in the nation. The company is deeply committed to creating environments that foster purpose, respect, and fulfillment, where residents can thrive and Team Members feel truly valued, empowered, and supported. Guided by their foundational "Culture Keepers," ISL cultivates a work culture that promotes continuous growth, learning, and professional development for every team member, ensuring everyone has access to the tools and training needed to build meaningful and rewarding careers.
ISL communities have been awarded the prestigious Great Place to Work4 certification consistently from 2022 through 2026, recognizing the company’s ongoing dedication to creating positive and inclusive workplace environments. This validation reflects the company’s core values and its emphasis on purpose-driven roles, teamwork, and individual growth. The organization's commitment extends beyond simply providing senior care; it is about enriching the lives of residents while fostering a thriving culture for employees.
The Concierge role at Integral Senior Living is a vital front-line position that ensures smooth communication and welcomes residents, guests, and staff into a warm, organized community setting. As the first point of contact, the Concierge is responsible for greeting visitors with professionalism and friendliness, managing both external and internal communications, and relaying essential messages promptly and accurately. Beyond guest relations, the Concierge also supports operations by maintaining updated resident information, coordinating appointments and services for residents and family members, distributing mail, and assisting the marketing department with brochure collation.
In addition, the Concierge plays a key role in ensuring the entry area is well-organized and presentable, which contributes to the community’s welcoming atmosphere. As part of a highly collaborative team, the Concierge must adhere to all company policies and procedures, perform administrative tasks such as preparing meal tickets and maintaining various logs, and respond efficiently to the needs of residents and their families. The role offers individuals an opportunity to directly impact the day-to-day lives of seniors in a meaningful way, combining customer service skills with organizational and multitasking abilities.
At ISL, team members receive rewards and benefits that emphasize well-being, financial security, and professional growth. The company offers competitive wages, early wage access, comprehensive health benefits, paid time off, and retirement plans with employer matching, underlining its commitment to the whole person—work, life, and future. For those who are passionate about making a difference and fostering connections within a vibrant community, the Concierge position represents a fulfilling and promising career path.
