Job Description

Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is a distinguished leader in luxury multifamily and HOA management, celebrated for its commitment to excellence and the creation of inviting communities where residents feel genuinely at home. With a reputation built on delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards, WRMC emphasizes professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and a heartfelt dedication to service. The company's success is deeply rooted in its team members, who play an essential role in fostering an environment characterized by warmth, security, and exclusivity within their residential spaces. Located in the vibrant Rainey Street District of Downtown Austin, WRMC's communities are ideally positioned for residents seeking a blend of upscale living in one of the city’s most sought-after neighborhoods.

The role of Concierge at WRMC's luxury multifamily community is a unique opportunity tailored for individuals who are polished, service-oriented, and committed to enhancing the resident experience. This is a part-time role, scheduled primarily on weekends with afternoon shifts from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, offering flexibility while engaging in a vital position within the building's operations. As the welcoming presence for residents, guests, and vendors, the Concierge serves as the first point of contact, embodying professionalism and discretion while navigating a fast-paced, high-touch service environment.

The Concierge's responsibilities extend beyond greeting and managing building access; they are entrusted with maintaining the security and privacy integral to a luxury residential setting. This includes managing guest and vendor check-ins, assisting residents with various requests, and coordinating authorized access efficiently and confidentially. The role demands a professional who can respond adeptly to resident concerns and emergencies, ensuring situations are handled with tact and timely escalation when necessary. Daily operational tasks such as logging packages, deliveries, and activities accurately into the BuildingLink system are also pivotal, supporting smooth management and resident satisfaction.

This position not only values routine task management but encourages the Concierge to actively contribute ideas aimed at enhancing services and elevating the resident experience. The ideal candidate will be someone who embraces the challenge of maintaining seamless, high-level service while building trusting relationships within the community. With an emphasis on discretion, a service-focused mindset, and strong communication skills, the Concierge plays a critical role in upholding the luxury standards that define Worth Ross Management Company’s residential communities.
