Job Description
MRC's Crestview is a distinguished leader in the field of continuing care retirement living, providing a comprehensive range of services designed to support seniors at various stages of their health journey. Located within an inviting community setting, Crestview specializes in assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation. As a part of this esteemed establishment, the role available is for a Part-Time Concierge on the evening shift. This position plays a crucial role in shaping the first impression of the community. Working primarily from 1 pm to 7 pm or 3 pm to 7 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays, with occasional shifts from 7 am to 3 pm that may require coverage, the Concierge helps create a welcoming environment for residents, their families, and visitors. Weekend availability is essential as weekend shifts rotate among staff members. The Concierge is the face of Crestview, tasked with ensuring that everyone who enters the community feels valued and comfortable.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who possesses a genuine heart for serving seniors and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. While prior experience at a front desk or concierge position is preferred, it is not mandatory. What matters most is a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and a steadfast commitment to providing extraordinary service. Job Requirements
- Availability to work 1pm-7pm or 3pm-7pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays
- Willingness to cover occasional 7am-3pm shifts
- Availability to work rotating weekends
- Ability to work part-time hours

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and approachable demeanor

- Previous front desk or concierge experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Greet residents, family members, and visitors warmly and professionally
- Manage front desk operations including answering phones and directing calls
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
- Assist with resident and family inquiries promptly
- Coordinate visitor sign-ins and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Support administrative tasks as assigned
- Provide information about community events and services
