Job Description
Charlesgate Property Management is a distinguished real estate firm headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, known for its dynamic presence across New England, metro New York City, and Denver. Founded in 2003, Charlesgate has built a reputation for excellence by integrating a diverse range of real estate services such as property management and leasing, sales brokerage, investment sales, construction, and new development. The company has earned recognition as one of the fastest-growing private companies in America, having been featured on the Inc. 5000 list five times, a distinction held by only 4% of companies. This growth and success are driven by Charlesgate's commitment to innovation, client empowerment, and comprehensive real estate solutions.
Charlesgate is currently expanding its footprint in the Denver market with a fresh, forward-thinking approach to multifamily property management. The firm employs an innovative "POD" structure that fosters collaboration, efficiency, and accountability throughout its teams. This structure allows professionals to oversee portfolios of multifamily apartment buildings rather than managing isolated properties, providing a more integrated and scalable service to clients and residents alike.
The Concierge role at Charlesgate Property Management is integral to maintaining the high standards of service expected at the properties they manage. As the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and vendors, the Concierge ensures smooth daily operations and fosters a welcoming environment. This part-time role involves working overnight shifts on Thursdays and Fridays (from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am) and providing weekend shift coverage as needed. Responsibilities include greeting and logging guests, managing visitor and package records, maintaining detailed shift and activity logs, and supporting resident events. The Concierge also handles key services such as lockout assistance, key management, coordinating deliveries, monitoring security systems, and conducting routine inspections to maintain safety and cleanliness.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to remain calm under pressure. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential to succeed in this role. By joining Charlesgate, the Concierge will be part of a company that values the people they serve and the teams they build, embodying a culture guided by core principles such as moving markets together, speaking hard truths, challenging conventions, owning responsibilities, and always prioritizing people.
This role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging between $18 and $21, commensurate with experience, highlighting Charlesgate's commitment to fair compensation and employee investment. Working as a Concierge at Charlesgate provides the opportunity to develop professionally within a supportive and growth-oriented environment that not only values service excellence but also prioritizes community and innovation within the real estate industry.
