Concierge - Part Time

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Concierge who is passionate about serving seniors and providing excellent customer service. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in an organized, detail-oriented setting and possess strong communication skills. Scheduled to work Monday and Wednesday from 4pm to 8pm, Saturday from 2pm to 8pm, and Sunday from 8am to 2pm, this part-time position offers an hourly pay of $18.00. The role requires flu vaccination to ensure the safety and health of our residents.

The Front Desk Concierge is responsible for being the welcoming face of Sagewood, greeting and assisting residents, visitors, and vendors with courtesy and professionalism. The Concierge manages incoming calls, directs callers appropriately, coordinates resident transportation, and schedules guest suite reservations. The role involves assisting residents with activity and event bookings and liaising with security and valet teams to meet the diverse needs of the community. Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and standard office equipment is essential, along with the ability to make sound decisions independently.
