The role of Concierge at Watermark Retirement Communities is much more than a traditional front desk position; it is a vital part of the community experience and often represents the first point of contact for residents, their families, and visitors. A successful Concierge at Watermark has a kind and patient demeanor, outstanding organizational skills, and a strong commitment to service excellence. This role demands a personable professional who takes pride in their work and understands the critical importance of making every individual feel valued and special. The Concierge is responsible for managing interactions with a warm, welcoming attitude and ensuring each guest receives personalized attention that reflects the community's high standards.
This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while providing extraordinary services. The Concierge position at Watermark includes working in a fast-paced environment that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to stay highly organized, and the willingness to learn and grow continuously. The schedule includes working Sundays with a double shift from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Mondays from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, including weekends and holidays.
