Beztak is currently seeking a Concierge to join their talented team. This role is integral to maintaining the friendly and professional atmosphere that defines Beztak communities. The Concierge acts as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, ensuring courteous, prompt, and efficient service at all times. Responsibilities include greeting residents and guests warmly, managing incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally, and treating everyone with respect and a commitment to exceed expectations. The position requires the ability to work well under pressure, handle difficult situations with grace, and possess outstanding interpersonal skills. Additionally, the Concierge may be required to operate a company or personal vehicle as part of their job duties, highlighting the need for flexibility and responsibility.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one-year experience in a related field
  • ability to work well under pressure
  • valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle as required
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to pass background checks, fingerprinting and drug testing as required by state laws
