As a Membership Concierge II at Life Time, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service and engagement to our members and guests. This position serves as the first point of contact within the resort, requiring a hospitality-focused mindset to build meaningful relationships and craft extraordinary experiences. You will handle account maintenance tasks, manage service delivery, and contribute valuable insights into programming and club activities. Through interaction with members and guests, you will facilitate communication and support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. This role also includes responsibilities related to new membership sales and member retention, making it essential to have strong communication and problem-solving skills. This hourly position offers competitive wages starting at $20.25 up to $24.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
  • complete retention specialist certification within 60 days of hire
  • passion to serve others
  • effective communication skills
  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality preferred

Job Duties

  • Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort
  • exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
  • receives inbound phone calls and conducts outbound outreach with members and guests to support engagement and acquisition
  • maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
  • assists members with account maintenance, processing member needs, changes and transactions including program, service, and product payments
  • serves as a key point of contact for new membership sales and member retention interactions
  • engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns, utilizing appropriate tools and resources
