As a Membership Concierge II at Life Time, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service and engagement to our members and guests. This position serves as the first point of contact within the resort, requiring a hospitality-focused mindset to build meaningful relationships and craft extraordinary experiences. You will handle account maintenance tasks, manage service delivery, and contribute valuable insights into programming and club activities. Through interaction with members and guests, you will facilitate communication and support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. This role also includes responsibilities related to new membership sales and member retention, making it essential to have strong communication and problem-solving skills. This hourly position offers competitive wages starting at $20.25 up to $24.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
