Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in office environment or customer service preferred
- proficiency in handling phone communication and basic technology
- ability to respond calmly in emergency situations
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and orderliness
- availability to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays from 3 pm to 7 pm
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in an office environment, answering phones or customer service preferred
- technology skills
- self-motivated, organized, and professional
- strong communication skills
- ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Duties
- Greet and direct all visitors to the front desk in a friendly and helpful way
- answer all incoming phone calls and transfer the calls or take messages as appropriate
- respond to resident and family member questions and concerns
- respond to and appropriately handle emergency situations
- monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the front lobby and entrance area
