The Concierge position at Watermark is a unique and rewarding role pivotal to the community’s daily operations. This on-call role offers flexibility with no set schedule, requiring the candidate to pick up shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays. The Concierge is often the first point of contact and the welcoming face of the community, responsible for making residents, family members, and visitors feel valued and prioritized. This position demands a high level of patience, kindness, and organization, with a strong emphasis on delivering extraordinary service. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of concierge experience, an excellent work ethic, and superb communication skills. Job Qualifications
- At least three years of experience as a concierge

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome residents, family members, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Manage front desk operations including answering phones and directing inquiries
- Coordinate and schedule appointments or services as needed
- Maintain a highly organized and tidy front desk area
- Provide information about community events and services to residents and guests
- Handle administrative tasks such as mail distribution and record keeping
- Assist in emergency response and safety procedures when necessary
