The current opportunity is for a Lobby Concierge whose role is critical in establishing a welcoming, professional atmosphere for all clients, executives, and staff members. This position is the first point of contact visitors encounter, making it essential for the incumbent to provide a warm, positive impression while ensuring visitors feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit. The Lobby Concierge will assist visitors by directing them to appointments and meetings, answering queries, and providing wayfinding services within a multi-tenant building environment. This role requires someone who is attentive, personable, and able to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
Reporting to the Lobby Supervisor and Manager, the Lobby Concierge supports the delivery of Rapport's renowned Platinum Service Standard by greeting guests enthusiastically and ensuring each visitor has a memorable experience. The position operates from 7 AM to 4 PM and involves standing for extended periods, interacting extensively with guests, and working collaboratively with security and other internal teams to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Solid communication skills, familiarity with office technology, and a strong sense of hospitality are essential. The role also involves understanding and adhering to emergency protocols and adapting to flexible schedules as business demands fluctuate.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to three years relevant experience in hospitality or corporate client service
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with basic computer operations
- Availability to work from 7 AM to 4 PM
- Willingness to adhere to uniform and grooming standards
- Capacity to follow emergency procedures
- Flexible to assist in different locations and schedules
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate with some college preferred
- Two to three years experience in client service or reception in hospitality or corporate environment
- Excellent listening and oral communication skills
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of office technology

Job Duties
- Support the Lobby Supervisor and Manager ensuring every guest is greeted with enthusiasm and has a memorable experience
- Properly greet and handle visitors with a smile and maintain eye contact throughout interactions
- Follow procedures for both expected and unexpected arrivals coordinating with in-house security
- Answer telephones in a friendly and professional manner
- Learn and understand protocols in multi-tenant buildings
- Provide hospitality services including wayfinding, amenity information, and organizational guidance
- Understand and navigate the reservation system Prism while assisting with guest check-ins
- Understand emergency procedures and perform designated tasks during emergencies
- Adhere to uniform and grooming policies
- Assist with coverage in other locations and flexible schedules
- Take on additional duties as assigned
- Maintain a standing position while on shift
