The role of Concierge at Guardian Service Industries is vital to maintaining the seamless operation and security of the properties we manage. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for afternoon and overnight shifts, with weekend availability being a mandatory requirement. This position involves engaging directly with residents, guests, and vendors to provide outstanding service and support while ensuring the safety and security of the building. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for a variety of essential functions, including managing package deliveries, monitoring security systems, logging key usage, and communicating effectively with building management and other staff members. The role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to exercise sound judgment, especially in emergency situations. Successful candidates must be able to pass a background check and hold the SORA certification, reflecting our commitment to security standards. Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Positively interact with residents, guests, and vendors while assisting with day-to-day requests and resolving complaints
- Communicate with building management and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Log and keep track of both concierge and building keys for resident use or move-in/move outs
- Maintain safety and security of the building, including monitoring security cameras, responding to emergencies and concerns promptly and efficiently, and exercising great judgement including escalating issues immediately
- Handle package deliveries, including logging and distributing, as well as external vendor deliveries
- Maintain accurate and complete shift logs ensuring proper handover for successful communication through shift changes
- Additional requirements are dependent on each building and location
