true. Women's Health, a valued practice partner of Together Women's Health (TWH), is seeking a dedicated full-time Concierge Medicine Medical Assistant (MA) to join their expanding medical team. The Concierge Medicine Medical Assistant plays an essential role in ensuring every patient within this practice receives an exceptional healthcare experience. This position requires a strong commitment to a professional, warm, and caring approach during all patient interactions. The MA is responsible for attending to each patient's individual needs and contributing to a seamless clinical workflow. The role requires proficiency in obtaining and recording a patient's health history accurately in electronic medical records (EMR), preparing examination rooms to meet cleanliness standards, and conducting preliminary physical tests including vital signs. Additionally, the MA is expected to handle diagnostic and treatment equipment setup, administer injections, perform phlebotomy, and carry out scribe duties as needed. Collaborating closely with the physicians and other team members, the MA ensures that the documentation related to patient medical records, medication, tests, and patient education is completed with precision and timeliness.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) certification
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a medical office
- Experience with electronic medical records and medical terminology
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Previous experience in primary care or women's health preferred
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a medical office setting and/or graduation from a certified medical assistant program is required
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with patients, clients, and teams is required
- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
- 4+ years in a medical office
- Experience with EMR system(s) and medical terminology is required
- Previous experience at a primary care or women's health office highly preferred
Job Duties
- Obtain patient's health history and accurately enter into electronic medical record
- Set up and prepare exam room for patient visit to ensure cleanliness
- Perform any preliminary physical tests and obtain vitals
- Set up any additional diagnostic and/or treatment equipment
- Administer injections and perform phlebotomy as needed
- Complete all documentation pertaining to patient's medical record, test requests, medications and patient education with accuracy and timeliness
- May perform scribe duties
- Assist the physician as directed
- Must work well in a team environment
