The role focuses on providing crucial pantry, reception, and office support services that ensure a welcoming, efficient, and well-organized workplace. The person in this position will be responsible for maintaining well-stocked and clean pantry areas, supporting both visitors and employees at reception, managing conference room and workspace reservations, and assisting with daily office and facilities operations. This requires a service-oriented, professional, and detail-focused individual who can effectively interact with employees and guests at all levels, helping to maintain a polished and hospitable office environment.

The salary for this role ranges from $60,000 to $68,000 annually, reflecting Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation for this position. Job Duties

  • ensure all pantry locations are appropriately stocked
  • maintain pantry storage areas ensuring this space is clean, organized and appropriately stocked
  • maintain all pantry equipment including cleaning, general maintenance and coordination of service calls
  • accurate ordering, receiving and storage of all pantry products
  • monitor product quality and freshness
  • provide fundamental reception services such as greeting and escorting visitors
  • adhere to AB dress code always appearing neat and professional
