The Concierge Full-Time position at Vi at La Jolla Village plays a crucial role in welcoming residents and guests, ensuring seamless communication and support within the community. This shift runs from Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 11:30 PM, providing an opportunity for candidates to join a dedicated resident services team focused on high standards of customer care. The Concierge acts as the first point of contact, responsible for answering resident questions, addressing simple resident needs, monitoring emergency response and other community systems, and managing all incoming calls. This role requires someone with excellent communication and organizational skills who can handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a calm demeanor, especially in emergency situations. CPR and First Aid certification are required or must be obtained promptly, highlighting the importance of safety and readiness ingrained in the position.
