This community not only offers comfortable apartment living but also provides a supportive and elegant, home-like environment where older adults can truly thrive. The organization is committed to delivering exceptional care and creating an atmosphere where residents feel valued and supported in every aspect of their daily lives.
The role of Concierge at Cumberland Crossing Manor is a limited part-time position that plays a crucial part in the smooth operation of the community’s administrative functions. Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. As a Concierge, you are the frontline ambassador for the community, responsible for greeting visitors warmly, addressing inquiries efficiently, and directing questions to the appropriate departments or individuals to ensure quick and accurate responses.
Beyond welcoming guests, the Concierge manages incoming telephone calls, ensuring each caller receives excellent customer service by directing them to the correct contacts or departments. This role demands a highly motivated, disciplined, and reliable individual who is capable of working independently while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. Interactions with residents, visitors, and fellow staff require strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask effectively, often under pressure.
Working at Presbyterian SeniorCare Network means becoming part of a team dedicated to person-centered care—a philosophy that values each resident as a unique individual. Employees at Cumberland Crossing Manor benefit from a supportive workplace that offers unique perks such as free parking, employee referral bonuses, pet insurance, and renter’s insurance.
