Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of 1 years experience in a Concierge role or related customer service position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of delivering superior customer service
- Physical ability to perform job duties including being on feet 100 percent of time
- Capacity to handle and lift up to 25lbs as needed

Job Duties
- Efficiently guide guests through the check-in and check-out process ensuring smooth and welcoming transitions
- Manage guest reservations both over the phone and in person with accuracy and professionalism
- Assist with the retail gift shop operations including inventory monitoring restocking and sales transactions to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction
- Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to guests regarding dining options entertainment and other attractions within Mystic Lake
- Support the coordination of special events and group activities to deliver memorable guest experiences
- Gather and relay guest feedback to identify opportunities for service improvements and increase guest satisfaction
- Promptly and professionally address and resolve guest concerns or complaints ensuring a positive outcome
