Job Duties

  • greet residents and visitors warmly and assist with their needs
  • manage and coordinate appointments and community activities
  • respond promptly to inquiries both in person and via phone
  • maintain accurate records and handle administrative tasks efficiently
  • ensure a welcoming and safe environment in the community lobby
  • assist with coordinating transportation and special requests
  • support residents and families with information and community resources
