Concierge Host PM - $17/HR

We are currently seeking a dedicated Concierge to join our team. This role is pivotal in creating incredible memories for guests by providing personalized, insightful service. The Concierge will be responsible for building and maintaining local contacts to stay informed about both immediate and long-term events in the area. This knowledge allows the Concierge to recommend exciting and Instagrammable spots within the hotel and surrounding locale, guiding guests toward amenities and services that enhance their stay. The position also involves ensuring that the Concierge lounge is inviting and clean at all times, adding to the overall guest experience.

In addition, the Concierge will provide food and beverage services to guests, carefully ensuring that food quality and presentation meet high standards. Responsibilities include mixing drinks and complying fully with applicable laws and policies concerning responsible alcohol service. This role requires a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to engage effectively with guests and colleagues alike. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Concierge or similar role related to local events, with proven customer service skills that reflect creativity and resourcefulness. Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is essential for meeting guest needs around the clock.
