The role of Concierge for luxury communities under Guardian Security Services is a pivotal position that entails providing unparalleled customer service and maintaining professional relationships with residents. This position is tailored for candidates who have experience in residential hospitality, particularly in concierge services for large residential complexes. The concierge acts as the first point of contact for residents, handling the front desk operations efficiently during the overnight shift from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am Monday through Friday. Offering a pay rate of $18.00 per hour for experienced candidates, this role demands someone who is outgoing, energetic, and driven with a genuine interest in problem-solving within a professional environment.

Responsibilities in this role include being knowledgeable of the local area, including tourist attractions, restaurants, and transportation services, which enhances the concierge's ability to support residents with information and assistance. Additionally, candidates must possess strong communication skills both verbally and in writing, alongside computer literacy to efficiently maintain reports, logs, and signage.   • Prior residential concierge experience
  • Experience with 250+ unit residential communities desirable
  • Knowledge of Building Link, Yardi, Rent Cafe, Entrata preferred
  • Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
