The Concierge position at Auberge is a vital role that combines frontline receptionist duties with clerical support responsibilities. The Concierge acts as the first point of contact for residents, families, and employees, ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism, tact, and sensitivity. This role supports the Business Office Manager with various administrative functions including human resources tasks, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes. Given the diverse nature of the duties, the Concierge must exhibit strong organizational skills and adaptability to provide exceptional service efficiently.
