Cedarbrook Senior Living is a distinguished senior living community dedicated to providing an exceptional quality of life for its residents. Located in Rochester, Cedarbrook Senior Living embraces the philosophy of "Celebrating Life Every Day!" which reflects the organization’s commitment to supporting residents and their families in achieving meaningful and fulfilling experiences throughout their senior years. The community fosters a warm and welcoming environment where personal dignity, respect, and compassionate care are prioritized. Cedarbrook Senior Living offers a comprehensive range of services and amenities designed to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of its residents, including comfortable living spaces, engaging activities, and professional support from experienced staff.

We are currently seeking a Concierge to join our dedicated team at the Rochester location. The Concierge plays a vital role in enhancing the resident and visitor experience by serving as the initial point of contact for all who enter the community. This position involves greeting residents, potential residents, visitors, family members, and guests with professionalism and friendliness. The Concierge is responsible for managing external and internal communication by handling calls, taking messages, and facilitating the flow of information between departments. Supporting the Business Office Director and Executive Director with special projects is also a key component of this role, ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Additionally, the Concierge assists residents with scheduling personal transportation services in collaboration with the Activities Director, thereby fostering independence and convenience. Managing maintenance requests by submitting work orders to the Maintenance Director helps maintain the safety and upkeep of the facility. The Concierge is also involved in supporting community engagement by assisting the Activities Director in making reservations for various community events, enhancing the social involvement and overall satisfaction of residents. Acting as a backup for Sales and Marketing inquiry calls further diversifies the responsibilities of this position.

Moreover, the Concierge monitors the emergency response system and fire alarm panel during daytime hours, contributing to the safety and security of the community. This dynamic role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position is excellent for individuals passionate about working in senior care and committed to creating positive, welcoming experiences for seniors and their families. Working at Cedarbrook Senior Living offers the opportunity to be part of a compassionate team dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors through exceptional service and community involvement.
