Currently, Northwood Ravin is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Concierges. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, based in their Charlotte Home Office located in Charlotte, NC. The position requires candidates to have a flexible schedule, including availability for various shifts and some weekends. As a Concierge at Northwood Ravin, you will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, playing a critical role in shaping the community atmosphere through attentive, polished, and personalized customer service. The Concierge’s responsibilities encompass managing lobby operations such as handling packages, coordinating guest access, and serving as a vital communication link between residents and onsite service teams to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality customer service or related field
  • flexible schedule availability including weekends and various shifts

  • create a consistent polished experience by recognizing residents and anticipating their needs
  • handle resident requests with judgement and follow-through ensuring issues are resolved without escalation
  • serve as first point of contact for residents and guests delivering elevated experiences through attentive service
