The role of the Spa Concierge at Blue Shell Spa is integral to the smooth operation of the spa's reception area. This position is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression by greeting all guests warmly and efficiently managing the front desk activities. The Spa Concierge will be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries about spa services and available products with professionalism and knowledge. This role requires excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to make guests feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive.

Key responsibilities of the Spa Concierge include handling phone calls to schedule spa and salon appointments, managing the check-in and check-out processes for guests, and catering to guest needs throughout their visit. Additionally, the Concierge will assist by escorting guests to locker rooms or treatment rooms, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience. The position operates on a part-time schedule with specific working hours: Thursday from 9am to 5pm, Friday and Saturday from 9am to 6pm, and Sunday from 9am to 2pm.
