As a Concierge Associate at SPS, you will embody the first impression of the workplace and set the standard for exceptional service. This full-time role operating Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, revolves around creating meaningful experiences by delivering a warm, polished, and personalized encounter for every guest, client, and colleague. From greeting visitors with professionalism and friendliness to managing visitor registration and meeting coordination, you play a pivotal role in setting the tone for seamless and memorable interactions.
Your responsibilities extend beyond reception duties to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment throughout common areas. You will anticipate needs, accommodate special requests with personalized service, and conduct regular floor walks to ensure spaces are fully stocked and presentable. Collaborating with internal teams, you will ensure smooth service delivery and support workplace requests by efficiently managing workplace technology for meeting room bookings and guest services.
This position allows you to enhance the overall workplace experience by tracking guest preferences and creating thoughtful, intentional interactions that resonate with clients and employees alike. It requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to multitask and stay organized under fast-paced conditions. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2+ years of experience in hospitality, concierge, or client-facing roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workplace technology
- Ability to lift or move items up to 40-60 lbs with assistance
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active throughout the day
- Manual dexterity to operate office and reception equipment
