OYESPA is a distinguished Aveda lifestyle salon and spa, recognized as the premier wellness retreat and day spa location in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. OYESPA is currently inviting applicants for the role of Guest Services member (Concierge) to join their dynamic team either on a part-time or full-time basis. In the role of Guest Services member, candidates will be entrusted with delivering exceptional customer experiences that consistently exceed guests' expectations. This is a multifaceted role requiring attentiveness, motivation, and a strong work ethic. The successful candidate will undergo thorough training covering all aspects necessary to achieve success and satisfaction in the position. Responsibilities encompass a variety of service and operational tasks such as warmly welcoming guests, managing phone communications, and booking appointments efficiently. Guest comfort is prioritized through making and serving beverages such as tea, coffee, and smoothies, as well as providing snacks to both guests and staff.
Beyond direct guest interaction, the role also supports managerial and service personnel in enhancing the overall guest experience and maintaining the pristine condition of the spa. Duties include organizing retail and service areas and rooms, handling laundry duties, and ensuring cleanliness through dusting, wiping surfaces, and cleaning doors and windows. Compliance with company safety and security policies is crucial, including prompt reporting of accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in public areas is critical to upholding the luxurious ambiance that OYESPA is known for. The position is rounded out with other responsibilities that support the primary mission of delivering unparalleled guest services.

Experience in hospitality and guest services is valued, and a background or interest in cosmetology is highly preferred. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 16 years old
- Reliable transportation or ability to commute independently
- 1-2 years experience in hospitality or guest services
- Passionate about serving guests with an outgoing and pleasing personality
- Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training
- Basic administrative and computer skills
Job Qualifications
- Preferably enrolled in a cosmetology program or interested in starting education in cosmetology
- At least 16, must be able to commute to the job independently or have reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years experience working in hospitality and guest services
- Passionate to serve guests with outgoing and pleasing personality to engage
- Actively participates in advanced training or ongoing education to improve guest services
- Experience in administrative or operational and computer skills
Job Duties
- Provide professional, friendly and engaging service in accordance with OYESPA's service standards
- Welcoming guests, answering phones and booking appointments
- Making tea, coffee, smoothies and food for guests and staff
- Assisting managers and service staff to improve guest experience or in-store tasks like laundry, organizing retail or service areas/rooms, laundry, dusting or cleaning surfaces, cleaning doors and windows
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to management
- Clean and disinfect public areas
- Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
