The company prides itself on fostering a culture of respect and dignity for its residents, offering innovative programs and supportive environments tailored to their diverse needs. With communities nationwide, Sunrise is known for its commitment to enhancing the well-being and quality of life of every resident, making it a trusted name in the senior care industry.
At Sunrise Senior Living, the role of Concierge plays a vital part in shaping the community's atmosphere and serving as the face of the establishment. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for creating the first impression for residents, families, and visitors, ensuring that each interaction reflects warmth, professionalism, and the company’s high service standards. This position involves a dynamic range of duties, including greeting guests with hospitality, managing communications such as answering and routing phone calls, and supporting the operational needs of the community through assistance with move-in preparations and marketing efforts. You will also help maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area, manage appointments, handle mail distribution, and contribute to recruitment and administrative activities.
This full-time role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, all while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. The Concierge also plays an important role in ensuring safety protocols and emergency procedures are followed, reinforcing a secure environment for residents and staff alike. Scheduled shifts primarily occur in the late afternoon and evening, including weekends, offering an opportunity to be part of a close-knit, purpose-driven team.
The position offers a competitive pay range of $15.00 to $18.80 per hour, reflecting the important responsibilities entrusted to the Concierge. Beyond the base compensation, Sunrise Senior Living supports its employees with various benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance plans. Additional perks include retirement savings plans, employee assistance and discount programs, paid time off including holidays and sick days, tuition reimbursement, and flexible pay options like myFlexPay, which allows employees to access earned wages soon after completing their shifts.
Joining Sunrise Senior Living means becoming part of a community that values your unique contributions, helps you grow professionally, and supports your well-being both at work and in life. The company is proud to be recognized as a certified Great Place to Work, reflecting its ongoing commitment to diversity, inclusion, and creating an empowering workplace. If you are passionate about hospitality and making a meaningful impact in senior living, the Concierge position at Sunrise offers a rewarding career path full of opportunities to shine and positively influence the lives of others.
