The company operates in a professional, business casual environment that encourages collaboration and a positive clubhouse atmosphere for both employees and guests. Century Golf Partners Management is currently seeking a Receptionist-Concierge to join their team, a key position that serves as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring an inviting and efficient reception experience.
The Receptionist-Concierge position is vital to the smooth functioning of the clubhouse and the overall customer experience on the golf course premises. This role involves acting as both the receptionist and the telephone attendant, relaying incoming and interoffice calls with professionalism and courtesy. The Receptionist-Concierge is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining organizational files, updating course-related information such as the marquee and phone lists, and assisting with general administrative tasks as needed. This position requires excellent multi-tasking abilities, a pleasant and professional demeanor, and strong human relations skills to interact effectively with customers and visitors in person and over the phone.
The Receptionist-Concierge will greet guests warmly and assist them promptly by directing their inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel. Additionally, this role involves coordinating meeting and conference arrangements, supporting various departments as required, and ensuring that all communications, including phone calls and mail, are managed promptly and accurately. The position demands a candidate with good written and clerical skills, proficiency in typing (minimum 40 words per minute), and the ability to maintain a high standard of professionalism, including appearance and grooming consistent with company guidelines.
Working in a business casual clubhouse environment, the Receptionist-Concierge must be comfortable with sitting for extended periods, managing multiple phone lines simultaneously, and efficiently handling competing tasks. This role not only requires a high level of organization but also a courteous and friendly telephone voice to create a positive first impression of Century Golf Partners Management. The position is integral to the seamless operation of the clubhouse and plays a significant role in upholding the company’s reputation for excellent service and operational efficiency.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who thrive in customer-facing roles and enjoy organized, dynamic work settings within the golf and hospitality industries. Candidates with prior experience in receptionist duties, strong clerical capabilities, and a professional attitude are highly encouraged to apply. Come be a part of Century Golf Partners Management, where your role will directly contribute to a welcoming and efficiently managed golf clubhouse environment.
