Dial is actively seeking a part-time Front Desk Receptionist to join their dedicated team on a day and weekend shift schedule, specifically Saturdays from 8am to 8pm. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents, guests, families, and staff. The Front Desk Receptionist will be a key point of contact within the community, responsible for supporting daily front desk operations, responding to resident requests, handling communications, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

- Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties
- Welcome all guests warmly, determine nature of business, assist with sign-in procedure, and announce guest to appropriate personnel or resident
- Assist residents and/or families with requests for transportation, reservations, and general information
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Respond to emergency situations and be the point of contact in all emergency situations
- Monitor lobby and common areas to ensure safety and promote a positive environment
- Maintain reservations and schedule for guest suites, clubhouse, and private dining
- Receive mail and packages and ensure they are distributed accurately and timely
