As a Concierge at Sunrise Senior Living, you play a crucial role as the first point of contact for residents, their families, visitors, and prospective residents. This position is foundational in establishing a welcoming, safe, and organized atmosphere that reflects the high standards and hospitality values for which Sunrise is known. The Concierge ensures efficient front desk operations, supports the Sales team with inquiries, assists in move-in preparations, and helps maintain the pleasant ambiance of communal spaces such as the Bistro. This role requires excellent communication skills, a warm and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

The Concierge position is a full-time role within Senior Living Administration, with a competitive pay range of $17.00 to $21.25 per hour. In addition to a base salary, employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses depending on their role, performance, and specific plan or program in place.   • Greet visitors, residents, and prospective families with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer and route calls promptly, taking accurate messages
  • Provide community overviews and support the Sales team with inquiries
  • Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials
  • Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area
  • Support recruitment efforts and administrative data entry
  • Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters
  • Monitor safety protocols, visitor sign-in, and emergency procedures
  • Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks
