Set in a thoughtfully designed environment with spacious and comfortable common areas, our facility cultivates a welcoming, home-like atmosphere not only for our residents but also for our esteemed staff members. We pride ourselves on fostering a positive work culture where respect, empowerment, and professional growth are deeply embedded into our daily operations. Our commitment to ensuring a supportive workplace means our employees are valued, respected, and given opportunities to thrive in their respective roles. Springfield Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, representing a strong foundation of expertise and quality management dedicated to healthcare excellence.
We are currently seeking a full-time Concierge to join our team. This role is integral to creating a positive first impression for anyone entering the facility. As the concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, families, staff, visitors, and vendors alike, embodying our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence. You will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, answering and transferring calls professionally, providing information and guidance, and performing various clerical and administrative duties to support smooth, efficient facility operations. This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $18 to $25, with the added benefit of same-day pay, reflecting our appreciation for committed and diligent work. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional and courteous demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with a calm and solution-oriented mindset.
The Concierge role at Springfield Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is much more than a front desk position; it sets the tone for the entire experience within our facility. You will have the opportunity to make meaningful connections by helping residents and their families feel comfortable and supported from their very first interaction. Your role contributes directly to a welcoming, smooth-flowing environment, enhancing the overall satisfaction and well-being of everyone associated with our center.
