The role also involves overseeing move-in coordination, including scheduling appointments, handling documentation, and conducting orientations, guaranteeing a smooth transition for new residents. Maintaining ongoing communication to nurture resident relations is paramount, ensuring that all residents’ needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
Administrative duties are a significant aspect of this position, requiring meticulous record-keeping, leasing activity reporting, and managing delinquency follow-ups to support the community’s financial health. The Concierge also participates in property inspections during unit turnovers to uphold the community’s standard of excellence. Supporting daily office operations such as cash management, report preparation, and office maintenance further ensures the smooth functioning of the leasing office.
Ideal candidates for this role will have 1-2 years of experience in leasing or real estate, preferably within luxury apartment communities. An Associate’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
