The organization emphasizes a culture of respect, dignity, and individuality, ensuring each resident receives personalized attention while remaining active and connected within the community.

Sunrise Senior Living is currently seeking a Front Desk Concierge, a pivotal role that serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors. This position embodies the brand's hospitality and service values by creating a welcoming and organized community experience. Employed full-time with a pay range of $13.50 to $16.88 per hour, the Concierge will be an essential part of the team, contributing to the smooth operation of the community through various administrative and customer service responsibilities.

The Front Desk Concierge's responsibilities include greeting visitors and residents with warmth and professionalism, managing communication channels such as phone calls, and providing comprehensive community overviews. This role also supports the Sales team by responding to inquiries and assists with move-in preparations and marketing efforts. Maintaining an orderly front desk and Bistro area, managing mail distribution, resident rosters, appointments, and assisting with basic office operations are also key duties. Additionally, the Concierge helps enforce safety protocols and visitor sign-in procedures, ensuring a secure environment for all community members.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, possess strong customer service and communication skills, and demonstrate excellent organizational abilities. Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems, and the ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality are also essential. This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to make a meaningful impact by providing unparalleled hospitality and support in a senior living setting.

Joining Sunrise Senior Living means becoming part of a team that values your contributions and provides opportunities for professional growth. The organization offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans, retirement savings options, employee assistance and discount programs, paid time off including holidays and sick leave, flexible pay options through myFlexPay, and tuition reimbursement. Sunrise also provides bonus opportunities based on performance and eligibility, recognizing and rewarding dedication and excellence.

Sunrise Senior Living prides itself on creating a workplace where diversity, inclusion, and respect are fundamental. As an equal opportunity employer and a certified Great Place to Work®, Sunrise is committed to fostering an environment where all employees can thrive and grow together.
