The Concierge role at Vi at The Glen is a part-time position essential to the welcoming and support of residents and visitors in this upscale residential community. This role requires a professional individual capable of managing multiple responsibilities such as greeting and guiding residents and guests, addressing and resolving resident inquiries, overseeing emergency response systems, and handling incoming calls promptly and courteously. The Concierge also plays a critical role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable community atmosphere by monitoring systems and ensuring that all residents receive seamless and attentive service.
