The Concierge is charged with a variety of responsibilities including managing resident requests, monitoring security, maintaining organization of the package area, and supporting social media campaigns to enhance community engagement. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one year of customer service experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • proficiency in English
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to move within office environment and navigate company facilities including walking, standing, and occasionally climbing stairs
  • proficiency with office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, and telephones
  • clear vision for reading documents and computer screens
  • adequate hearing to communicate effectively
  • ability to maintain mental and physical energy throughout the workday
  • ability to lift at least 30 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year of customer service experience
  • highly motivated individual who can work with considerable independence
  • strong commitment to a team-oriented approach
  • ability to attend occasional nightly meetings and networking events
  • competence in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Job Duties

  • Create an environment that assures consistent resident satisfaction at a standard on par with a 5-star property
  • maintain a calm and pleasant personality in all types of situations and create great customer service
  • handle resident requests including restaurant reservations, dry cleaning services, transportation, and other basic concierge services
  • monitor security cameras
  • maintain organization of the resident package area
  • greet residents and guests entering the building
  • assist residents and guests on an as needed basis
  • assist with reservations for the community room and guest suites
  • monitor facilities and equipment for cleanliness and functionality and report feedback to management
  • assist with social media campaigns
  • support and comply with company rules and policies
  • cultivate and maintain positive relationships with prospects and residents
  • address prospect and resident inquiries promptly and professionally
  • dress in a professional manner
  • be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
  • assist the manager in organizing and participating in resident events to enhance community engagement
