The Concierge role is critical as the primary point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and vendors entering the community. This position carries the responsibility of welcoming and guiding all individuals with warmth and professionalism, embodying the organization's values at the front desk. The Concierge handles a broad range of duties including managing incoming communications, scheduling appointments, providing information, facilitating administrative support, and maintaining a tidy and inviting reception area. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact courteously with a diverse group of people, ensuring their needs are met promptly and respectfully. Key functions also extend to assisting with the coordination of community events, monitoring safety and security protocols, and supporting the administrative team in various tasks. This full-time, non-exempt position reports directly to the General Manager, helping to uphold the community’s commitment to a friendly, efficient, and welcoming front desk experience that enhances resident satisfaction and operational effectiveness. The successful candidate will demonstrate a genuine interest in serving seniors and possess the skills necessary to thrive in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in senior living, hospitality, or customer service environment preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- professional demeanor, reliability, and a genuine passion for serving seniors
- basic computer and phone system knowledge
- state criminal background check and LIC 508 criminal record statement
- LIC 503 health screening report
- tuberculosis clearance as required by the state
- first aid and CPR certifications as required by the state
- criminal background check cleared
- certification and/or license as required by the state
- fingerprint clearance as required by the state
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must be able to read, speak and write English
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet all residents, visitors, families, and vendors in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner
- treat residents, families and visitors of the community with dignity and respect
- answer all incoming telephone calls promptly and route them to the appropriate department or take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery
- maintain the front desk area in a neat, organized, and welcoming condition at all times
- monitor and manage resident and guest sign-in/sign-out logs according to community policy and procedures
- assist residents with general questions, appointment scheduling and reminders, package deliveries, and other non-clinical support services
- notify appropriate staff of scheduled tours, appointments, vendors, and special guests
