Job Description

Frontier Senior Living is a prominent company operating within the senior living industry, dedicated to providing exceptional and compassionate care to elderly residents across its numerous communities throughout the United States. With a vast portfolio of senior living communities, each location is uniquely designed to offer superior services and enhance the quality of life for its residents. The company prides itself on its commitment to creating an enriched and meaningful experience not only for its residents but also for the team members and community partners involved with each property. This approach ensures that every individual who interacts with Frontier Senior Living experiences the company’s dedication to respect, care, and professionalism.

One of the communities under Frontier Senior Living, The Landing at Augusta Woods located in Spring, Texas, is currently seeking a dedicated and outstanding Concierge to join their team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation of the community and serves as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff alike. The Concierge position embodies the core values of Frontier Senior Living by delivering high-level customer service with compassion and professionalism. The ideal candidate understands the unique needs of senior residents and is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment.

As a Concierge, the individual will be responsible for greeting and assisting all visitors and clients, managing incoming communications, and supporting various office functions, all while ensuring that the community remains a warm and organized place. The role requires a professional who is not only focused on operational efficiency but also deeply empathizes with the residents' needs, providing them with a courteous and friendly interface. This position involves collaborative work with the Executive Director and other team members to assist with sales office matters and special projects, indicating a dynamic work environment with opportunities to contribute beyond traditional front-desk responsibilities.

Frontier Senior Living offers a competitive salary for this position along with an encouraging work environment that fosters respect, initiative, and professional growth. Employees benefit from a comprehensive package that includes medical, dental, vision care, and various types of insurance such as life, short term disability, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance. There is also a 401(k) retirement plan available with a competitive matching program, demonstrating the company’s investment in the long-term well-being of its employees. Working at Frontier Senior Living means being part of a mission-driven organization that values every team member’s contribution towards enhancing residents' lives and community well-being. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about serving seniors and wish to thrive in a supportive and dynamic senior living community environment.
