This position is responsible for managing the flow of packages, the upkeep of the building’s common areas, and facilitating prompt communication with homeowners to address their concerns effectively. The Concierge oversees the concierge desk and ensures that all homeowner communications are monitored consistently and responded to in a timely manner. In addition to front desk duties, this role actively contributes to maintaining cleanliness and organization in back-of-house areas, storage, and utility rooms, guaranteeing that every part of the facility is safe and well-maintained.

They support the management team in operational functions, including monitoring work orders, liaising with contractors and service providers onsite, and conducting daily walkthroughs of all amenities, grounds, and back-of-house areas to ensure standards are consistently met and improvements are recommended as needed.

Effective communication is a cornerstone of the Concierge role, which includes managing the BuildingLink communication platform, training homeowners on its use, and supporting the concierge team in appropriately handling homeowner concerns, requests, and issues.
