The Concierge position at Grand Living plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall resident experience by serving as the initial point of contact for a variety of support and administrative needs within the community. This role demands a courteous, friendly, helpful, timely, and professional demeanor in line with The Sterling Touch® service philosophy. The Concierge performs a wide range of clerical duties, including coordinating activities, managing requests, distributing correspondence, directing phone calls, and interacting with visitors, guests, residents, and team members. Reporting to the Business Office Manager, the Concierge operates within the established community standards, processes, and procedures, ensuring that every resident encounter is seamless and satisfactory. This position is integral to creating an inviting and supportive atmosphere, fostering positive community relations, and ensuring that residents’ needs are met with efficiency and warmth. The role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for customer service, particularly within a senior living environment, to deliver an exceptional level of engagement and satisfaction.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged
- customer service experience in senior housing preferred
- ability to read, write and understand english
- ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull and work continuously without sitting for extended periods of time
- ability to lift or carry up to 20 pounds and push or pull carts weighing up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
