Job Description
Our Assisted Living Facility is dedicated to providing a supportive, welcoming, and enriching environment for senior residents. As a well-established facility, we focus on delivering high-quality care and exceptional service to residents and their families. We are committed to fostering a community where residents feel valued, safe, and comfortable while receiving the personalized assistance they need. Our team is composed of compassionate professionals who work collaboratively to meet the needs of our residents and enhance their quality of life. The facility offers a range of amenities, services, and activities designed to promote wellness, social engagement, and independence for our senior living community. We are currently seeking a warm, professional Concierge to join our team on a Friday through Monday schedule. This role is pivotal to ensuring that residents, their families, and visitors receive excellent customer service from the moment they arrive. The Concierge acts as a friendly point of contact who coordinates services, answers inquiries, and supports administrative functions within the facility. This position reports directly to the Executive Director and requires a dedication to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
As a Concierge, your responsibilities will include greeting residents, families, and visitors warmly to create a comforting and approachable environment. You will be instrumental in facilitating communication between residents and various facility departments, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly. In addition, you will coordinate essential services such as appointments and transportation, maintaining an organized schedule for residents. Your role will also involve managing administrative tasks including handling correspondence, maintaining resident records, and ensuring the concierge desk is neat and well-stocked. Our ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a keen commitment to confidentiality and resident privacy. Although direct supervisory responsibilities are not part of this role, your collaboration with other staff members is crucial to the smooth operation of our facility. We offer competitive pay ranging from $18.00 to $20.50 per hour, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that supports your health, financial security, and professional growth. Join our team and contribute to creating a supportive, respectful environment where our residents can thrive.
