The Concierge role at Related Management Company is a vital position that sets the tone for resident and guest experiences in the managed properties. The Concierge acts as the first point of contact, offering a polished, warm, and reliable service that leaves a lasting positive impression. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a passion for helping people, and the ability to maintain a welcoming atmosphere under varying conditions. The Concierge is responsible for greeting residents and guests with professionalism and warmth, managing visitor and delivery logistics, and maintaining the lobby ambiance through checks of lighting, music, and scent.
In addition to resident and guest services, the Concierge plays an important role in security and access control by monitoring building camera systems, tracking vendor activities, and responding appropriately to any safety or privacy concerns. The position also involves detailed package and amenity management, including logging packages, tracking service requests, and supporting inventory systems. The Concierge supports move-in and move-out processes by preparing common areas and ensuring smooth communication along with the Resident Manager.
Leasing and visitor assistance also feature prominently in the role, welcoming prospective residents and supporting the leasing team through sharing branded materials and collecting important contact information. The Concierge acts as a lifestyle and brand ambassador within the community, offering local tips, event information, and personalized service by remembering resident preferences. Emergency response skills are critical, with the Concierge expected to calmly follow procedures during incidents and assist with service concerns, escalating as necessary.
This role requires working a specific overnight schedule, from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with Tuesdays and Mondays off. The hourly wage for this position is $29.77, accompanied by 32 BJ Benefits. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Comfortable using basic digital tools and software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Available to work overnight shifts from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
- Commitment to professionalism and excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years experience in hospitality, customer service, or luxury properties preferred
- Comfortable using basic digital tools including logging systems, CRM platforms, emails, and MS Office

Job Duties
- Greet residents and guests with professionalism and warmth
