Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Comfortable using basic digital tools and software
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand for extended periods
Available to work overnight shifts from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
Commitment to professionalism and excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years experience in hospitality, customer service, or luxury properties preferred
Comfortable using basic digital tools including logging systems, CRM platforms, emails, and MS Office
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
